Location
Tuscan Hills is a Gated Community located near Davenport off US 27, one and a half miles from the intersection with US 192. The Interstate I4 is easily reached and provides direct access Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando 30 minutes, Sanford 1 hour) and Southwest to Tampa (70 minutes).
Follow these directions from Orlando International Airport (MCO) or from Sanford Airport (SFB) to US 192.
Follow US 192 (West) to the junction with US 27 then head South for about one mile, Tuscan Hills is on the left at the corner of US 27 and Florence Villa Grove Road.
A couple of minutes from our villa on US 192 is the recently opened Toll road US 429, which takes you straight into the Walt Disney World complex, using this route means that from our front door you could be driving through the main gates of Disney in around 10-15 minutes.
As well as Disney's Magic Kingdom a whole host of family attractions including Universal, Sea World and Wet 'N' Wild to name a few are all within 20 miles. A wide range of quality golf courses, catering for every level of golfer, including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and the Greg Norman designed Champions gate are also within a 20 mile radius.
A half mile from Tuscan Hills you'll find the "Berry Town Center" shopping plaza which has a Publix supermarket, an Applebee's restaurant, a Chinese restaurant and a bank. Within a couple of miles are all the other essential amenities including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, banks, petrol stations and a Super Wal-Mart.
A huge new shopping Mall, Posner Park, is a short drive south on US 27.
